- Client required a Supply Chain audit for their operations in Malaysia with aim to identify areas of improvement. Audit was based on elements of ISO 55000 together with Petrofac & Petronas Codes & standards.
- EDMS-K2 did a complete Gap assessment of the supply chain to develop a roadmap of improvement opportunities. Many of the opportunities were able to be immediately implemented and the remaining were ranked and assessed based on added value, cost to implement, ease of implementation.
